Welcome to Stillr — a minimalist Android launcher built by ZYNATY TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Eligibility

Stillr is available to users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13, you must have parental or guardian consent to use this application. By using Stillr, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of Service

Stillr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:

  • Use the app only for its intended purpose of promoting digital wellbeing
  • Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized activities
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the app’s functionality or servers
  • Not use the app to collect information about other users

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Stillr at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Security concerns or potential harm to other users
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for any purchases made.

4. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations while using Stillr. You must not use our service for:

  • Any form of fraud or financial solicitation
  • Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
  • Distribution of malware or malicious content
  • Violation of intellectual property rights

5. International Use

Stillr is available globally. If you access the app from outside your country of residence, you are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding data protection, online conduct, and digital services.

6. Customer Support Conduct

When interacting with our customer-support team, we expect respectful and professional communication. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our support staff may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of support services
  • Permanent termination of your access to Stillr

7. Modifications and Service Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features of Stillr at any time without prior notice. This includes:

  • Adding or removing app features
  • Updating the user interface
  • Changing system requirements
  • Discontinuing the service entirely

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Stillr, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of ZYNATY TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the application without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

Stillr may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for:

  • The content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services
  • Any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party services
  • The availability or functionality of external platforms

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Stillris provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The app will meet your specific requirements
  • Any defects will be corrected

Use of Stillr is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the app or any in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZYNATY TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Your use or misuse of the application
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Stillr after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
